

I have been finding it incredibly hard to stay on task lately.
Not for lack of caring — if anything, I care too much. It's more like the to-do list keeps growing and the version of me who was supposed to tackle it hasn't quite shown up yet.
I'm learning that's not failure. It's just the in-between.
Today is about everything happening beneath the surface that nobody sees. The body doing more than you knew. The mind protecting itself in ways you didn't expect. And the work you're doing on yourself — even on the days it doesn't feel like enough.
