Zero. That's my sleep debt this week, for the first time since March.

I've been staring at that number for months, and I'm not sure it ever did much besides give me one more thing to feel behind on. Now that it's at zero, I'm going to bed at ten every night, and I can't tell if that's my brain finally listening, or my body finally being heard.
